Q: I have already purchased a pass/badge to the festival, what do I do now?
A: All existing passes/badges will be honored for the festival in August. While we hope you are able to join us for the 2020 festival August 5-8, we understand you may need to request a refund for a pass you have previously purchased. Please fill out the form here to begin your request.
Q: I have already booked my trip, what do I do?
A: We have no agreements with travel companies, or specific contacts to discuss postponed travel. Please work with the airlines, hotel/vacation rentals, etc to reschedule your trip.
Q: What if Covid-19 is still a threat in August, 2020?
A: We will continue to monitor the situation and will make any appropriate decisions closer to festival time.
Q: Will there be the same types of events as in years prior?
A: Yes, we will have competition films, spotlight films, panels and other great family-friendly activities. Our schedule will be released over the summer.
Q: I have submitted my film. When do you plan to announce selection/invites?
A: We will announce official lineup by June 2020.
Q: I have submitted my film, but now have a conflict based on the new dates. Can I get a refund?
A: The date change doesn’t affect submissions in consideration. All submissions are still in consideration until we announce in June. Therefore no refunds are needed. For any specific information regarding your submission, please email email@example.com.
Q: I submitted my info as a volunteer. Will you keep me on the list?
A: Of course, we love our volunteers and are continuing to accept applications. If you have any conflicts with our new dates, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
