The Bentonville Film Festival is thrilled to add RXBAR as a sponsor, especially because they have similar ideologies.
“Diversity and inclusion is a priority at RXBAR,” said Rose Montag, senior communications associate at RXBAR, “and it’s something that’s built into the foundation of how we work. We actively look to partner with organizations who have the same values and goals as our team and the Bentonville Film Festival is the perfect example of that.”
RXBAR celebrates diversity in all its forms through its female leadership and mostly female company. “We actively work to provide women and diverse voices with the support they need to feel confident and empowered in their roles,” Montag said.
