Check Your Blind Spots Bus Tour Coming To BFF!

What is the CEO Action for Diversity and the Check Your Blind Spots Tour?

CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Through CEO Action, the Check Your Blind Spots unconscious bias tour is designed to help raise awareness around our unconscious bias and how everyone can change behaviors in their everyday lives

Did you know that you make most of your decisions unconsciously? Our unconscious bias or blind spots shape our likes and dislikes and judgments about people’s character, abilities, and potential.

Created by CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ through a $10 million investment from PwC, participants of the Check Your Blind Spots tour will be exposed to the nuances of unconscious bias through a series of immersive and interactive elements that use innovative technologies, including virtual reality and gamification techniques. The tour experience takes about 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the engagement level with interactive elements.

The Check Your Blind Spots mobile tour is designed to give people the opportunity to learn about and explore ways to mitigate unconscious bias in their everyday lives. The interactive bus gives the user a series of immersive and interactive elements, and participants are exposed to the nuances of unconscious bias, and everyone also has the chance to sign the I Act On pledge to address personal biases and drive inclusive behaviors.

Get ready to explore a multimedia experience designed to help you recognize, acknowledge and minimize potential blind spots! If you’re curious on when and where the Check Your Blind Spots bus tour will be during BFF, check out the information below.

When: Thurs-Friday, 1-7 pm, Sat 11-8 pm (May 9 – May 11)
