Madeline Di Nonno is the President and CEO of the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, the only global research driven advocacy organization working within the entertainment and media industry to create gender balance, foster inclusion and impede bias and stereotyping in family entertainment media.
Di Nonno is an Executive Producer on the Emmy nominated, People’s Choice and Gracie award winning television series “Mission Unstoppable” and the Gracie award winning feature film documentary “This Changes Everything.” The Institute was recently awarded the prestigious Governor’s Award Emmy from the Television Academy for its profound, transformational and long-lasting contribution to the arts and science of television.
WENDY GUERRERO

Guerrero brings an accomplished pedigree in film and has run the Bentonville Film Festival and BFFoundation for 10 years. She has built a global network of creators identifying as female, LGBTQ, non-binary, people of color, and people with disabilities in entertainment and media. Her work is driven by the passion and advocacy to create more opportunities for underrepresented storytellers.
Wendy Guerrero founded Publicly Private Productions with Oscar-nominated actor Bruce Dern. Staying true to her goal of promoting diversity, she served as a Producer for A COUNTRY CALLED HOME, starring Ryan Bingham, Imogen Poots, Mackenzie Davis and June Squibb which premiered at the 2015 Los Angeles Film Festival and just finished production on the independent feature film COAST, starring Cristela Alonza, Melissa Leo, Ciara Bravo, Mia Rose Frampton and Fatima Ptacek. She is also the President of the Bentonville Film Festival, co-founded by Oscar-winning actor, Geena Davis.
JASON NETTER
PRESIDENT & CEO, KICKSTART ENTERTAINMENT
Jason Netter is the Founder and CEO of Kickstart Entertainment. Netter is an Emmy-award winning producer and has produced over 650 episodes of television and more than 15 theatrical and television movies including the hit feature Wanted starring Angelina Jolie, James McAvoy and Morgan Freeman. Current projects include The Netflix Original series he co-created StarBeam, as well as the hit original series for Amazon Prime The Boys and Preacher for AMC Network. Over the years, Netter has produced films that have debuted at multiple film festivals including Sundance, Tribeca, Toronto and the Los Angeles Film Festival. Kickstart and Netter also produce The Geena Davis Bentonville Film Festival championing women and diversity in film and media.
